Grow Local Colorado

Grow Local Colorado is dedicated to serving the community, food equity, and sustainability practices. By growing vegetable gardens in public spaces, they expand access of health foods. Their 13 garden plots are powered by community volunteers, growing and delivering fresh food to those in need. By partnering with food pantries, soup kitchens and shelters, they’re able to provide access to local and nutritious produce.

Beyond Microgreens

Focused on sustainable plant-based products made from natural ingredients that are delicious and nutritious, Beyondmicro is an innovative leader and pioneer in easy-access nutritional substitutes.

They grow and manufacture all their microgreens based products in Colorado.

Microgreens are a phase in the plants life when they’re 10-14 day old and most concentrated in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes and sulforaphane.
