#38 - From War in Lebanon to Regenerative Farming in Boulder - André Houssney

André Houssney grew up in civil war-torn Beirut before his family immigrated to Boulder, Colorado. At 10 years old he started working on a neighbor's farm and never stopped.

Today he owns and operates Jacob Springs Farm; a beyond-organic, diversified operation raising grass-fed cattle, heritage wheat, hogs, sheep, and poultry on the edge of the Great Plains.

He's been farming the same Boulder land for over 15 years, building a community of 22 people who live and work together on the farm.
